3. Booking and Payment Bookings are made through Calendly and payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay the full amount for your booked services in advance.

4. Cancellations We understand that situations may arise that necessitate the cancellation of your scheduled meeting. Please note the following policy: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time. Cancellations made within this period allow for an opportunity to reschedule your meeting, ensuring efficient use of time slots and better service for all our clients. If a cancellation is not made within this 24-hour period, the payment made for the meeting will be forfeited. This means that no refund will be issued. Cancellations can be made through Calendly or per Email. In exceptional circumstances, we may at our discretion allow for a refund or rescheduling despite late cancellation. However, this is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Long-Term Commitment: The coaching session is a one-time 50mins call, with no ongoing support unless separately arranged.
